Arrival from the airport to the Congress venue
Budapest Liszt Ferenc International Airport, formerly known as Budapest Ferihegy International Airport, is the international airport serving the Hungarian capital city of Budapest, and the largest of the country's five international airports. The Airport is located 16 kilometers (9.9 mi) east-southeast of the centre of Budapest.

The Airport is well accessible by car from any point of Budapest. The Airport can be reached in 20-60 minutes from the City by the "High-Speed Road”. The taxi ride should cost approximately 30 EUR one-way.

Budapest Airport is relatively well accessible also by Public Transportation means. Passengers are taken by a direct bus service from (and between) Terminals 1 and 2, called the Bus 200E to Kőbánya-Kispest metro terminal.
Passengers can easily reach Ferihegy railway station (Budapest Airport Terminal 1) from the Budapest Nyugati Railway Station. The trains ease the travelling from the city center to the airport within less than 30 minutes.

Please register upon arrival in order to receive your kit containing the COPHy Final Program, your personal name badge, invitations, etc. Please remember to wear your name badge to all Congress activities and social events.

All registered participants and registered accompanying persons are invited to the Welcome Reception on Thursday, April 4th at 19:00. Your invitation is included in the personal registration kit.

Scientific Program, starting: Friday, April 5th, 08:30

Lunches
Lunch will be served for Congress participants on Friday, April 5th, 12:00-13:00 and on Saturday, April 6th, 11:45-12:45.

Invited Speakers Presentations
Speakers must download their talk at the Speakers' preview room at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled talk. Please note that the Speakers' Preview Room will be open from Thursday, April 4th, 17:00.

Poster Presentations

Poster presentations have been scheduled over the 2 main days of the Congress (Group A, Friday April 5th and Group B, Saturday April 6th).
Poster presenters should plan to be beside their posters during the designated coffee breaks, as specified in the program.
Please check the Scientific Program for the day of your presentation and your board number.
Posters should be mounted between 08:00-08:30 on the day of your presentation and dismantled at the end of the day of your presentation, no later than 18:00.
The Organizing Committee is not responsible for posters that are not removed on time.

CME Accreditation
Please note once on-site that you have your CME Accreditation form in your personal kit. In order to receive your accreditation points, please submit the completed form to the registration desk before the end of the congress.
Your CME Accreditation Certificate will be sent to you directly via email.

COPHy Feedback Form
An online survey will be made available via the Congress website: www.comtecmed.com/cophy – we would be grateful if you took the time while on-site or after the Congress to fill out the questionnaire and leave us any comments!

Visas
Some participants may require a visa in order to enter Hungary. Please check with your local Hungarian Consulate or Embassy.
Please remember that obtaining an entry visa is your own responsibility.

Informal for all occasions

Climate
If you don't mind bringing a coat, you will enjoy visiting Budapest in April – average daytime temperatures are 15°C (60°F), an average low of 5°C (40°F) can be expected in the evenings.
