Registration fees include: participation in scientific sessions, congress bag, program and abstract book, all printed material of the congress, invitation to the Welcome Reception, coffee breaks, lunch on Friday and Saturday.
Payment
Payment of registration fees can be made through this website using a credit card or by bank transfer to the Secretariat.
Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be faxed, electronically mailed or postmarked. Refund of registration fees will be as follows:
Postmarked until May 15, 2010 - 50% refund.
No refund on cancellations sent after May 16, 2010.
Liability
The Congress Secretariat and Organizers cannot accept liability for personal accidents, and/or loss of and/or damage to private property of participants, either during or directly arising from the The 1st International Congress on Controversies in Cryopreservation of Stem cells, Reproductive cells, Tissue and Organs (CRYO). Participants should arrange their own health and travel insurance for their trip.
