Requirements for Poster Presentations
The dimensions of the poster board are 90 cm wide and 120 cm high (view sample image below).
Allocate the top of the poster for the title and authors' names and affiliations as stated in the submitted abstract.
The text and illustrations should be bold and large enough to read from a distance of two meters (six feet).
Posters should be mounted on Friday, September 3, 2010 at 7:30-8:30 and removed by Sunday, September 5, 2010 at 12:30.
Please see the Congress Secretariat for board allocation at the Congress. Please present your name, abstract submission number and abstract title and you will be directed to your poster board.
Tape and technical equipment for the hanging of posters will be available, as well as assistance to help you mount your poster in the poster presentation area.
The Organizing Committee will not be responsible for posters that are not removed on time.
