* Non-tenured junior scientists. Registration form must be accompanied by documentation of residency, or a letter from the Department Head, confirming their status. The letter should be printed on the department letterhead and addressed to the Registration Department of the Congress.
* Note: Credit card payments (only) will be charged to your account in US$ according to the rate of exchange to the Euro on the date of payment.
Registration fees include: participation in scientific sessions, congress bag, program and abstract book, all printed material of the congress, invitation to the Welcome Reception, coffee breaks, lunch on Friday and Saturday.
Payment
Payment of registration fees can be made through this website using a credit card or by bank transfer to the Secretariat.
Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be faxed, electronically mailed or postmarked. Refund of registration fees will be as follows:
Postmarked before September 20, 2010 - 100% refund (minus € 50 handling fee)
Postmarked from September 21, 2010 – 50% refund
No refund on cancellations sent after October 25, 2010
Liability
The Congress Secretariat and Organizers cannot accept liability for personal accidents, and/or loss of and/or damage to private property of participants, either during or directly arising from the The 1st World Congress on Controversies in Plastic Surgery and Dermatology (CoPLASDY). Participants should arrange their own health and travel insurance for their trip.
