Registration and Hospitality Desk Opening Hours
The registration desk will operate during the following hours:
Thursday, February 19 – 12:00-18:30
Friday, February 20 – 08:00-18:15
Saturday, February 21 – 08:00-13:00
Please register upon arrival in order to receive your kit containing the FCC Program Book, your personal name badge, etc. Please remember to wear your name badge to all Meeting activities and social events.

Speakers Preview Corner
Speakers are required to visit the preview corner. Please come to the Speakers preview corner 24 hours before (or at least three hours prior to the lecture) with your slide presentations to be ready to be uploaded for your session.

Poster Displays

Posters should be mounted from Thursday, February 19 at 12:30 and are to be dismantled by the Poster Presenter no later than 13:00 on Saturday, February 21.
Poster presenters should plan to be alongside their posters during the coffee breaks.
The Organizing Committee is not responsible for posters that are not removed on time.

CME Accreditation
Please note that a CME Accreditation Form is included your kit. In order to receive your
accreditation points, please submit the completed form to the registration desk before the end
of the Meeting. Your certificate will be sent to you directly.

Visas

You can see from this weather log that most of the time it is sunny but also with quite a lot of cloud in February. There may also be rainy days and you may want to bring a jacket when you are outside just in case it rains. Snow is unheard here in Barcelona and if ever it happens the snow does not last more than a few hours.
