* Non-tenured junior scientists. Registration form must be accompanied by documentation of residency, or a letter from the Department Head, confirming their status. The letter should be printed on the department letterhead and addressed to the Registration Department of the Meeting.
* Note: American Express and Diners Credit card payments (only) will be charged to your account in US$ according to the rate of exchange to the Euro on the date of payment, all other credit cards will be charged to your account in Euro.

Registration fees include: participation in scientific sessions, meeting bag, program and abstract book, all printed material of the meeting, invitation to the welcome reception, coffee breaks and lunches as per the official program.

Payment
Payment of registration fees can be made through this website using a credit card or by bank transfer to the Secretariat.

Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be faxed, electronically mailed or postmarked. Refund of registration fees will be as follows:

Postmarked before September 15, 2011 - 100% refund (minus € 50 handling fee)

Postmarked from September 16, 2011 - 50% refund

No refund on cancellations sent after October 27, 2011

Liability
The Meeting Secretariat and Organizers cannot accept liability for personal accidents, and/or loss of and/or damage to private property of participants, either during or directly arising from "The Ovarian Club, The Oocyte: From Basic Research to Clinical Practice (OC)". Participants should arrange their own health and travel insurance for their trip.
