By car: From the C-32 highway, take the Avenida Diagonal exit and drive along the avenue as far as Pius XII Square. If driving from the airport, begin by taking the Ronda de Dalt toward Lleida Girona. From here, pick up the C-32 highway to the Avenida Diagonal exit. Secure car parking is available at the hotel for a fee of €24.00 per day. Invited Club Speaker Presentations Club Speakers are requested to visit the preview room no later than 30 minutes prior to their lecture and upload their presentation. Poster Displays Posters should be mounted from Thursday, November 3, 2011 17:00 and are to be dismantled by the Poster Presenter no later than 13:00 on Sunday, November 6, 2011. Poster presenters should plan to be alongside their posters during the coffee breaks. CME Accreditation The “1st Meeting of the Ovarian Club - The Oocyte: from Basic Research to Clinical Practice” (Barcelona, Spain, November 3-6, 2011) is designated for a maximum of 15 (fifteen) hours of European external CME credits. Please note once on-site that you have your CME Accreditation form in your kit. In order to receive your accreditation points, please submit the completed form to the registration desk before the end of the Meeting. Your CME Accreditation Certificate will be send to you directly by Serono Symposia. Visas Some participants may require a visa in order to enter Spain.
