* To obtain cocession in registration fees, forms must be accompanied by a letter from the head of the department, confirming their status. The letter should be printed on a department letterhead and addressed to the registration department of the Congress.

Registration fees include: participation in scientific session, Congress bag, program and abstract book, all printed material of the Congress, invitation to the Welcome Reception, coffee breaks, lunch on Friday and Saturday.

Payment
Payments can be made through this website using a credit card or by a bank transfer, as detailed on the Registration Form.

Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be electronically mailed or faxed to the Secretariat.
Refund of registration fees will be as follows:
A. Before September 15th, 2008 - 100% refund minus €50 handling fee.
B. From September 16th until November 15th, 2008 – 50% refund.
C. No refunds on cancellations made after November 15th, 2008.

Liability
The Congress Secretariat and the Organizing Committee cannot accept liability for personal accidents, loss of or damage to private property of participants, either during or directly arising from the 2nd Congress of the Asian Pacific Council On Contraception (APCOC). Participants should make their own arrangements with respect to health and travel insurance.
