*Refers also to non-tenured junior participants. Registration form must be accompanied by a letter from the head of the department, confirming their status. The letter should be printed on a department letterhead and addressed to the Registration Department of the Meeting.
Registration fees include: Participation in scientific sessions, meeting bag containing the program and abstract book, invitation to the welcome reception, all coffee breaks and lunches as per the meeting program.
Registration fees include VAT. |

Payment
Payment of registration fees can be made through this website using a credit card or by bank transfer to the Secretariat.
* Note: American Express and Diners Credit card payments (only) will be charged to your account in US$ according to the rate of exchange to the Euro on the date of payment, all other credit cards will be charged to your account in Euro.
Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be faxed, electronically mailed or postmarked. Refund of registration fees will be as follows:
Postmarked before February 15, 2012 - 100% refund (minus € 50 handling fee).
Postmarked from February 16, 2012 – 50% refund.
No refund on cancellations sent after March 2, 2012.
Liability
The Congress Secretariat and Organizers cannot accept liability for personal accidents, and/or loss of and/or damage to private property of participants, either during or directly arising from the Biomarker Meeting in Reproductive Medicine: Emergence of a New Field. Participants should arrange their own health and travel insurance for their trip.
