*Non-tenured junior scientists. Registration form must be accompanied by a letter from the head of the department, confirming their status. The letter should be printed on a department letterhead and addressed to the Registration Department of the congress.
**Valid for individuals employed by or studying at German universities or institutes regardless of origin or nationality.

Registration fees include: participation in scientific sessions, congress bag, program and abstract book, all printed material of the congress, invitation to the Get-Together Reception, coffee breaks, lunch on Friday and Saturday.
Payment
Payment of registration fees can be made through this website using a credit card or by sending the Secretariat a bank transfer.
Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be faxed, electronically mailed or post-marked. Refund of registration fees will be as follows:
Postmarked before April 27, 2008 - 100% refund (minus € 50 handling fee).
Postmarked from April 28, 2008 – 50% refund.
No refund on cancellations sent after May 27, 2008.
Liability
The Congress Secretariat and Organizers cannot accept liability for personal accidents, nor loss of or damage to private property of participants, either during or directly arising from the 1st World Congress on Controversies in Cardiovascular Diseases. Participants should make their own arrangements with respect to health and travel insurance.
