Walk along the famous and newly restored fine shopping street Friedrich St., take a look at Berlin’s most beautiful square Gendarmenmarkt, see the place and memorial of the Book Burning at Bebelplatz , continue to Berlin Cathedral – reopened in the 1990s, built at the turn of the 19th-century as the parish church for Germany’s Imperial family, the Hohenzollern.
Take a walk along Museum Island - the five museums on the Island, such as the world famous Pergamon Museum, were built between 1824 and 1930 and today are considered by UNESCO as World Heritage sites. Explore the great New Synagogue, built in 1866 in the old Jewish Quarter, and end your tour at the Hackesche Hoefe.
