We are pleased to announce specially reduced registration fees for Chinese participants as follows:
Daily Registration
We will be happy to accept Chinese participants on daily registration (Friday or Saturday). The registration fee will be 150 Euro per day, to include participation in the scientific sessions of the specific day, lunch and coffee breaks OR the Welcome Reception (Thursday only), bag, official printed material and certificate of attendance.
Full Registration
a. Professionals:
We will be happy to accept Chinese participants for full congress participation for the reduced registration fee of 300 Euro. Registration will include participation in the scientific sessions, lunch and coffee breaks, Welcome Reception, bag, official printed material and certificate of attendance.
b. Residents, Nurses, Trainees, Students:
We will be happy to accept Chinese Residents, Nurses, Trainees and Students for the reduced registration fee of 250 Euro. Registration will include participation in the scientific sessions, lunch and coffee breaks, Welcome Reception, bag, official printed material and certificate of attendance.

Payment
Payment of registration fees can be made through this website using a credit card or by bank transfer to the Secretariat.
Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be faxed, electronically mailed or postmarked. Refund of registration fees will be as follows:
Postmarked before August 31 2009 - 100% refund (minus € 50 handling fee)
Postmarked from September 15, 2009 - 50% refund
No refund on cancellations sent after October 1, 2009
Liability
The Congress Secretariat and Organizers cannot accept liability for personal accidents, and/or loss of and/or damage to private property of participants, either during or directly arising from the 3rd Asia Pacific COGI Congress. Participants should arrange their own health and travel insurance for their trip.
