Payment
Payment of registration fees can be made through this website using a credit card or by sending the a bank transfer to the Congress Secretariat.
Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be faxed, electronically mailed or post-marked.
Refund of registration fees will be as follows:
Postmarked before September 7th, 2007 - 100% refund (minus €50 handling fee).
Postmarked from September 8th, 2007 – 50% refund.
No refunds on cancellations sent after October 8th, 2007.
Liability
The Congress Secretariat and Organizers cannot accept liability for personal accidents, nor loss of or damage to private property of participants, either during or directly arising from the 2nd Asia Pacific Congress on Controversies in Obstetrics, Gynecology and Infertility. Participants should make their own arrangements with respect to health and travel insurance.
