Booking and Guaranteed Reservation
Kenes International holds allocation of rooms at special congress rates for the
Congress participants.
All reservations should be made directly with the hotels.
The reservation/s must be accompanied by a first night room deposit or guaranteed with a major credit card. For block reservation (10 rooms and more), companies are requested to send their request by fax directly to the hotel.
Different payment and cancellation policy will apply.

Cancellation Policy for Individual Booking

Renaissance
Changes or cancellations should be made with the hotel up to two weeks prior to arrival, subject to a "no-show' charge equal to the first night room rate plus tax will be incurred. A reservation will only be canceled if you have a confirmation number from the hotel.

Grand Hyatt and Four Points Sheraton
Individuals who wish to cancel must do so one month prior to arrival date in order to receive a full deposit refund. After this date, no refund can be made.

AIRPORT ASSISTANCE

  • Ronald Reagan National Airport is about 5 miles or 10-15 minutes journey by taxi to the hotels at an estimated cost of $12 US Dollars.
    The Metro subway, which is available from the airport, is directly lined to the hotels. The travel time is approximately 7 minutes and the cost is approximately $1.50 US Dollars.

  • Dulles International Airport is approximately 45-50 minutes from Downtown DC.
    The Washington Flyer Bus costs $16 per person.
    A taxi from Dulles airport to Downtown Washington D.C. costs about $50 including tip.

  • Baltimore Washington International Airport is approximately 40-45 minutes from Downtown DC.
    A taxi to Downtown Washington costs $40-$50 plus tip.
