Physicians
Serono Symposia, International, Inc., is a accredited by the Accreditation
Council for Continuing Medical Education to sponsor continuing medical
education for physicians.
Serono Symposia, International, Inc., designates this educational activity for
a maximum of 15.0 category I credits towards the AMA Physician’s
Recognition Award. Each physician should claim only those credits that he/she
actually spent in the educational activity.
Nurses
This offering of up to 18 contact hours is provided by Serono Symposia
International, Inc., which is accredited as a provider of continuing nursing
education by the American Nurses Credentialing Center's Commission on
Accreditation. Successful completion of this program includes filling out an
evaluation form. Statements of credit will be mailed to all participants within
four weeks of the program date. Serono Symposia International, Inc., is
approved by the California Board of Registered Nursing, Provider Number CEP
8210 for 18 contact hours.
The American Nurses Association's accreditation refers to recognition of
educational activities only and does not imply approval or endorsement of any
product of any company displayed in any form during the presentation of
educational activities.

The Congress Secretariat and Organizers cannot accept liability for
personal accidents or loss of or damage to private property of participants
either during or directly arising from the 5th World Congress on Controversies
in obstetrics, Gynecology and Infertility. Participants should make their own
arrangements with respect to health and travel insurance.
