Registration fees include: Participation in scientific sessions, Congress bag, invitation to the Welcome Reception, program and abstract book and all printed material of the Congress.
PaymentPayment of registration fees can be made through this website using a credit card or by sending the Secretariat a bank transfer.
Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be faxed, electronically mailed or post-marked. Cancellations or changes must be received in writing to 'Comtec'.
Refund of registration fees will be as follows:
Postmarked before July 7, 2010 - 100% refund (minus € 50 handling fee).
Postmarked from July 7, 2010 - 50% refund.
No refund on cancellations sent after August 18, 2010.
Liability
The Congress Secretariat and Organizers cannot accept liability for personal accidents, nor loss of or damage to private property of participants, either during or directly arising from the 1st World Congress on Controversies in Hematology (COHEM). Participants should make their own arrangements with respect to health and travel insurance.
