EHA-CME Credit Claiming Instructions
The program of the 1st World Congress on Controversies in Hematology (COHEM), September 2-5, 2010 has been reviewed and approved for CME accreditation by the European Hematology Association CME Unit. The EHA-CME Unit has approved this educational activity for a maximum number of CME credits. Each physician should only claim credits for time that she/he actually spent in the educational activity. We are pleased to inform you that the 1st World Congress on Controversies in Hematology (COHEM), September 2-5, 2010 has been awarded 18.5 EHA-CME Credit Points.
All participants may print a European Hematology Association CME System approved CME certificate indicating the number of EHA-CME Credit Points awarded, directly from the system on the CME section of the EHA website at www.ehaweb.org
We are pleased to inform you that, as a participant of this CME activity, you are eligible to receive European Hematology Association (EHA) Continuing Medical Education Credit Points. To claim EHA-CME Credit Points read the following instructions carefully.
Steps to claim your EHA-CME Credit Points
Step 1: Visit www.ehaweb.org and select the CME link on the left side of the page.
Step 2: From the CME home page, select the Claim Credits tab at the top.
– Click login on this page. Please enter your username (participant surname) and your password (Congress registration number).
Step 3: Click on Select Meeting in the left-hand menu or the button next below your personal overview.
Step 4: Select your meeting from the list
Step 5: Enter your personal login code (Congress registration number). Click Verify to continue.
Step 6: Answer the general questions regarding the meeting.
Step 7: Click next at the bottom of the page to continue to Claim Credits › Select Sessions.
Step 8: Evaluate the sessions that you have attended from 1 to 10. (10 is the highest score).
Step 9: Click next at the bottom of the page to view your personal account. The system will automatically save your information after you have left the page.
Step 10: To print your EHA-CME certificate please use the print-button on the far right side of the table
You will have three months after the closure of the meeting to claim your EHA-CME Credit Points.
