Poster presenters should plan to be beside their posters during the designated coffee breaks, as specified in the program. Please see the Congress Secretariat for board allocation at the Congress. Posters should be mounted on Friday, September 3rd at 7:30-8:30 and removed by Sunday, September 5th, 2010 at 12:30. Tape and technical equipment for the hanging of posters will be available, as well as assistance to help you mount your poster in the poster presentation area. The Organizing Committee is not responsible for posters that are not removed on time.

Visas
EU citizens do not need a visa to enter Italy. Contact the Italian embassy or consulate in your home city to confirm whether you require a visa to enter the country. Nationals of some countries, including Australia, Brazil, Canada, Israel, Japan, New Zealand, Switzerland and USA do not require visas for stays up to 90 days.

Participants should make their own arrangements with respect to health and travel insurance.
