The program of The 3rd World Congress on Controversies in Hematology (COHEM) September 11-13, 2014 has been reviewed and approved for CME accreditation by the European Hematology Association CME Unit. The EHA-CME Unit has approved this educational activity for a maximum number of CME credits. Each physician should only claim credits for time that she/he actually spent in the educational activity. We are pleased to inform you that The 3rd World Congress on Controversies in Hematology (COHEM) has been awarded 18 (eighteen) EHA-CME Credit Points.
