Registration fees include: participation in scientific sessions, congress bag, program and abstract book, all printed material of the congress, invitation to the Welcome Reception, coffee breaks, lunch on Friday and Saturday.

Payment of registration fees can be made through this website using a credit card or by bank transfer to the Secretariat. * Note: American Express and Diners Credit card payments (only) will be charged to your account in US$ according to the rate of exchange to the Euro on the date of payment, all other credit cards will be charged to your account in Euro.
Cancellation Policy All cancellations must be faxed, electronically mailed or postmarked. Refund of registration fees will be as follows:
Postmarked before September 1, 2011 - 100% refund (minus € 50 handling fee)
Postmarked from September 2, 2011 - 50% refund
No refund on cancellations sent after September 25, 2011
Liability The Congress Secretariat and Organizers cannot accept liability for personal accidents, and/or loss of and/or damage to private property of participants, either during or directly arising from The 5th World Congress on Controversies in Neurology: Life Course Related Conditions (CONy) - Asia Pacific. Participants should arrange their own health and travel insurance for their trip.
