Arrival from the airport to the Congress venue
Airport Connections China World Hotel is approximately 45 minutes from Beijing Capital International Airport, via the airport expressway and Third Ring Road. Taxis and city shuttle buses can be found on the ground floor of the domestic and international arrival halls.
Via the Airport Express or by taxi directly: Via Airport Express From Beijing Capital Airport, the airport train connects to the city’s main public subway (light rail) system. The train departs from the Arrivals Hall of the Airport’s Terminal 3 every 15 minutes and will make a stop at the Airport’s Terminal 2 before proceeding to the city. To reach the Guomao station located within the China World Trade Centre complex from the Airport, it will be necessary to disembark at Sanyuanqiao station and transfer to Line 10. It will not be necessary to exit the Sanyuanqiao station in order to transfer to Line 10. On Line 10, disembark at Guomao station for China World Hotel, which is an easy stroll away within the China World Trade Centre complex. The entire one-way trip will take approximately 45 minutes and will cost around RMB 27 (approximately USD 4). Via Taxi Taxi service is ample. Taxis are metered, and fare between Beijing Capital International airport and China World Hotel generally costs around USD 12 - USD 15 per journey (inclusive of toll fee) CONy Registration and Hospitality Desk at the China World Hotel The Registration Desk will operate during the following hours:

Scientific Program A very exciting and diverse program has been prepared for you, and we are looking forward to your active participation at the various sessions. For the updated program, please visit the Congress website: www.comtecmed.com/cony Opening Plenary Session The first opening plenary session starts on Thursday, October 13 at 17:00, at the China World Hotel Welcome Reception All registered participants and registered accompanying persons are invited to the Welcome Reception, which will take place following the Plenary Sessions on Thursday, October 13 at 19:30. Your invitation is included in the personal registration kit. Lunches Buffet lunch will be served for participants of the congress in the Exhibition Area on Friday, October 14, 13:00-14:00 and Saturday, October 15, 13:00-14:00 Invited Speakers Presentations Speakers are requested to visit the preview room prior to their lecture and upload their presentation, no later than one break prior to the session in which they are scheduled. Poster Presentations Please check the Scientific Program for your board number from Thursday, 17:00. Posters should be mounted between 07:00-07:30 on Friday, October 14 Posters must be removed by the end of the sessions on Saturday, October 15. Guided Poster Tour Poster presentations have been scheduled over the 2 full days of the Congress (Friday, October 14 and Saturday, October 15). A Guided Poster Tour will be conducted on Friday morning from 07:30-08:30 for poster viewing. All poster authors are expected to be present near their posters on that day for the hour-long tour. All registered participants are invited to join the tour! Coffee will be served during the tours. CONy Feedback Form An online survey will be made available via the Congress website: www.comtecmed.com– we would be grateful if you took the time while on-site or after the Congress to fill out the questionnaire and leave us any comments! Visas Some participants may require a visa in order to enter China. Please check with your local Chinese Consulate or Embassy.
