Guidelines of Poster Authors
E-poster presentations can include up to 10 slides in one file (landscape orientation) offering information on the following topics: Introduction, Material & Methods, Discussion and Conclusion.
The following formats are acceptable: JPG, PDF or Power Point. Word format will not upload!
Please note the entire file of 10 slides cannot exceed 2.5MB!
You are welcome to add images and tables to improve documentation of your e-poster.
It is not possible for videos to be inserted or embedded in the presentation file. Please ensure that full advantage is taken of the slide area.
Please note: To publish your e-poster, you must upload the file through our system. E-posters will be activated only if the presenting author is registered and that the registration fee has been paid.
