After 5 km, follow the signs B-20, Ronda de Dalt (blue). Exit the B-20 at exit 11 (Les Corts - Zona Universitaria) Drive 200m on the right hand side of the Diagonal Avenue and take the second turn on the right. The taxi ride should be approximately 20 euro. By train/metro (40 minutes): Take the train to Sants Estació station. From the station, take the metro line number 3 (green line) to Zona Universitaria. By bus (40 minutes): Aerobus shuttle bus service (A1) links Barcelona airport to the city centre. Catch the aerobus directly in front of the airport (all 3 terminals). Get off the bus at Plaça Espanya (first stop). Take the metro line 3 (green line) to Zona Universitaria (2 minutes walking distance from the convention center). Welcome Reception, Thursday, March 3rd, 19:00 All registered participants and registered accompanying persons are invited to the Welcome Reception on Thursday, March 3rd at 19:00. Your invitation is included in the personal registration kit.
Scientific Program, starting: Friday, March 4th, 08:30 A very exciting and diverse program has been prepared for you. We are looking forward to your active participation at the various sessions. For the updated program, please visit the Congress website: www.comtecmed.com/cophy Lunches Buffet lunch will be served for Congress participants in the Exhibition Area on Friday, March 4, 12:00-13:00 and Saturday, March 5, 12:00-13:00. Invited Speakers Presentations Speakers are requested to visit the preview room prior to their lecture and upload their presentation, no later than one break prior to the session in which they are scheduled. Please note that the Speakers' Preview Room will be open from Thursday, March 3rd, 18:00.
Poster Presentations Please check the Scientific Program for the day of your presentation and your board number. Posters should be mounted either on the evening prior to your presentation day or between 08:00-08:30 on the day of your presentation. Posters must be removed by the end of the sessions on the same day.
CME Accreditation Please note once on-site that you have your CME Accreditation form in your personal kit. In order to receive your accreditation points, please submit the completed form to the registration desk before the end of the congress. Your CME Accreditation Certificate will be send to you directly by Serono Symposia.
COPHy Feedback Form Please note once on-site that you have a Feedback form in your personal kit. We would greatly appreciate hearing your comments. Once completed, this form may be handed in to the registration desk.
Visas Some participants may require a visa in order to enter Spain. Please check with your local Spanish Consulate or Embassy.
