Payment
Payment of registration fees can be made through this website using a credit card or by sending the Secretariat a bank transfer.
Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be faxed, electronically mailed or post-marked. Refund of registration fees will be as follows:
Postmarked before January 7, 2012 – 100% refund (minus € 50 handling fee).
Postmarked from January 8, 2012 – 50% refund.
No refund on cancellations sent after February 22, 2012.
Liability
The Congress Secretariat and Organizers cannot accept liability for personal accidents, nor loss of or damage to private property of participants, either during or directly arising from the3rdWorld Congress on Controversies in Ophtalmology. Participants should make their own arrangements with respect to health and travel insurance.
