Registration fees include: Participation in scientific sessions, Congress bag containing the program and abstract book, invitation to the welcome reception and to all coffee breaks and lunches as per the Congress program.
Payment of registration fees can be made through this website using a credit card or by bank transfer.
Payment via American Express or Diners Credit card, will be charged to your account in US$ according to exchange rate to the Euro on the date of payment.
Cancellation Policy for Registration:
All cancellations must be faxed, electronically mailed or postmarked. Refund of registration fees will be as follows:
Postmarked before Jan 3, 2017- 100% refund (minus € 50 handling fee)
Postmarked from Jan 4, 2017- 50% refund
No refund on cancellations sent after Jan 25, 2017
