Abstracts for the Congress:
Participants who wish to present a poster may submit an abstract.
All abstracts accepted for presentation during the Congress will be for poster presentation.
Abstracts will be published in the abstract book only on receipt of registration fees in full.

When submitting your abstract please note:
Complete full Contact details of the presenting author(s) .
Details of affiliations of the author(s): institution, city, country.
Names of authors, names should be written in "Title Case” with First Name Initial and Last Name Only. For example: First Name: J.
Last Name: Smith
Title of the abstract in CAPITAL LETTERS ONLY.
Please note: Abstracts cannot exceed 250 words and cannot include tables and graphs.

Please make sure, when using abbreviations or acronyms for the first time, care should be taken to spell them out in full with the abbreviation in parentheses after the full word/s the first time it appears in the text. The abbreviation should be used alone thereafter.

Indicate whether the presenting author or any co-author have financial interest(s) in the subject matter or receives money from any mentioned company.

Any financial interest must be included on the poster (if accepted), and within the abstract submission.

Each author may submit a maximum of 2 abstracts

For your abstract to be included in the COPHy AA Scientific Program Book, and to be reserved a Poster Board on site, you must register in full 10 days after the date on which your acceptance letter to present has been sent to you from the Congress Secretariat.
Prior to submission, please use ‘spell check' within your abstract WORD document in order to avoid spelling errors.
