We are looking forward to welcoming you to the 3rd Asia - Australia Congress on Controversies Ophthalmology (COPHy AA), 9-12, February 2017 in Seoul, South Korea. In preparation for this upcoming Congress we would like to provide you with the below information for your perusal before travelling to join us at COPHy AA!

Arrival from the Airport to the Congress Venue

Incheon International Airport – ICN

You may take a taxi from the airport official taxi stand, easily located in the arrivals hall.

- Between gates 4 and 5, Desk No #23

- Between gates 8 and 9, Desk No #46

 A taxi ride from the airport to the JW Marriot Seoul should take about 40-60 minutes

- Medium Taxi: 65,000 KRW (approx. 56 USD)

- Luxury/Large Taxi: 95,000 KRW (approx. 82 USD)

(The fare is a flat between Incheon Airport and the JW Marriot. No other charges will be added.)

Lunch
Lunch Box pick-up will be available on Friday, February 10, 2017 during the Industry-Sponsored Symposium followed by a Dessert Break at 13:15-13:45. Lunch Box pick-up will be available on Saturday, February 11, 2017 during the Industry-Sponsored Symposium followed by a Dessert Break at 13:15-13:45. Please present your name tag in order to receive your lunch.
Poster Presentation
Posters should be mounted between 07:30-08:00 on Friday morning (February 10).

Poster presenters should plan to be beside their posters during the breaks, as specified in the program on the day of their presentation. Please see the Congress Secretariat for board allocation at the Congress.

Please remember to dismantle your poster at the end of the Congress, Saturday February 11, 2017, no later than 17:00.
 
The Congress Organizer is not responsible for posters that are not removed on time!
 
Visas
Prior to booking flights, registrants are strongly advised to confirm with their travel agent whether they require a Visa to travel to South Korea. Information about Visa requirements can be found on the World Travel Guide website: www.worldtravelguide.net. ComtecMed will not be responsible for any cancellations or delays caused by authorities due to a lack of Visa or other required documentation

Photography and Recording Policy - Participants are asked to be respectful of their colleagues by turning off all cell phones and PDA devices before entering meeting rooms. Cameras and all other recording devices are strictly prohibited in all session halls, in the Exhibition Area, and in all poster presentations. Thank you for your cooperation.
Smoking Policy - In accordance with our policy, COPHy AA is a non-smoking Congress.

The month of February is characterized by rising daily high temperatures, with daily highs increasing from 2°C to 7°C over the course of the month, exceeding 11°C or dropping below -4°C only one day in ten.
