Full registration fees include:

Payment
Payment of registration fees can be made through this website using a credit card or by bank transfer to the Secretariat.
Note: American Express and Diners Credit card payments (only) will be charged to your account in US$ according to the rate of exchange to the Euro on the date of payment, all other credit cards will be charged to your account in Euro.

Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be faxed, electronically mailed or postmarked. Refund of registration fees will be as follows:
Postmarked before January 10, 2019 - 100% refund (minus € 50 handling fee)
Postmarked from January 11, 2019 - 50% refund
No refund on cancellations sent after February 13, 2019

Liability
The Congress Secretariat and Organizers cannot accept liability for personal accidents, and/or loss of and/or damage to private property of participants, either during or directly arising from The 5th Annual Congress on Controversies in Ophthalmology: Asia-Australia (COPHy AA) will take place in Shanghai, China on February 21-23, 2019. Participants should arrange their own health and travel insurance for their trip.
