The program of The 3rd International Congress on Controversies in Stem Cell Transplantation and Cellular Therapies (COSTEM) October 22-25, 2015 has been reviewed and approved for CME accreditation by the European Hematology Association CME Unit. The EHA-CME Unit has approved this educational activity for a maximum number of CME credits. Each physician should only claim credits for time that she/he actually spent in the educational activity. We are pleased to inform you that The 3rd International Congress on Controversies in Stem Cell Transplantation and Cellular Therapies (COSTEM) has been awarded 16 (sixteen) EHA-CME Credit Points.

All participants may print a European Hematology Association CME System approved CME certificate indicating the number of EHA-CME Credit Points awarded, directly from the system on the CME section of the EHA website at (

How to collect your EHA-CME credit points:

If you have added your EHA-CME account number upon registering to the event, then your credit points will be included to your EHA-CME account.
If you have not done so, please follow the steps below:

Please inform your details to the event organizer or EHA-CME Administration, so they can add your EHA-CME credit points.

Within the EHA-CME system you can:
Print your EHA-CME certificates
Review and manage your personal account.
Search for accredited events based on the European Hematology Curriculum.
