We are looking forward to welcoming you to the 2nd Conference on Controversies in Vaccination in Adults (CoVAC), which will be held February 14-17, 2013 in Munich, Germany.

How to reach Leonardo Royal Hotel Munich:
BY TAXI
From the airport to the hotel a taxi ridecosts approx. 55-65 Euro.

BY METRO TRAIN
From the airport take the S1 towards Munich until the stop Moosach. Change to the underground line U3 direction Fürstenried-West. Get off at the third stop Oberwiesenfeld. You reach the hotel after appr. 100m.
(the ride takes appr. 40 min).

BY CAR
From the airport take the A 92, exit KreuzNeufahrn, following the signs München on the A9. Leave the motorway after the junction München Nord at the exit Frankfurter Ring. Follow the signs for Frankfurter Ring for approximately 5 km. The Frankfurter Ring will become the MoosacherStraße, where the Leonardo Royal Hotel Munich is located after approx. 1.5km on the right.

ENVIRONMENTAL ZONE
The hotel is located outside the environmental zone. However, if you try to reach the hotel via the city center or plan to visit the city center by car, please remember to purchase an "Umweltplakette" (emission sticker - mandatory)

Registration and Hospitality Desk Opening Hours
The registration desk will operate during the following hours:

Thursday February 14, 2013 16:00-21:30
Friday February 15, 2013 07:30-19:00
Saturday February 16, 2013 08:00-18:30

Conference Kit & Nametag
Please register upon arrival in order to receive your kit containing the CoVAC II Program Book, your personal name badge, certificate of attendance, CME form, etc.
Please remember to wear your name badge to all the conference activities and social events.

Welcome Reception
Thursday, February 14, 2013, at 19:00-20:00.
Drink and snacks will be served.

Scientific Program
The 1st scientific session will take place on Thursday, February 14, 2013 at 20:00.

Invited Speakers' & Oral Abstract Presenters
Please come to the speakers' corner 24 hours before (or at least 3 hours prior to your presentation) with your slide presentations ready to be uploaded for your presentation .

Poster Abstract Presenters
Please check the List of Posters in the Final Program for your board number on which you should display your poster.
Posters can be mounted starting from Thursday, February 14, 2013 at 16:00 and should be removed no later than Saturday February 16, 2013 by 18:30.
Plan to be alongside your posters during the coffee breaks.
The Organizing Committee is not responsible for posters that are not removed on time.

CME Accreditation
The 2nd CoVAC Conference was granted 16 European CME credits (ECMEC) by the European Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (EACCME).
Please note that the CME Accreditation Form is in your kit. In order to receive your accreditation points, please submit the completed form to the registration desk before the end of the Conference. Your certificate will be sent to you directly.

Lunches

Buffet lunch will be served for participants of the conference on Friday, February 15th between 12:15–13:15 and Saturday, February 16th between 12:30–13:30.

Climate
The average daily temperature in February in Munich ranges from 3°C /6°C to -3°C/2°C.

Visas
Prior to booking flights, you are strongly advised to confirm with your travel agent whether you require a Visa to travel to Germany.
ComtecMed will not be responsible for any cancellations or delays caused by authorities due to a lack of Visa or other required documentation.

Informal for all occasions

Safety & Security
Please do not leave any bags or suitcases unattended at any time, whether inside or outside the session hall.

Liability
The conference secretariat and organizers cannot accept liability for personal accidents, loss or damage to private property of participants, either during or directly arising from the 2nd CoVAC Conference. You are expected to make your own arrangements with respect to health and travel insurance.

Photography & Recording Policy
Please be respectful of your colleagues by turning off all cell phones and PDA devices before entering meeting rooms. Cameras and all other recording devices are strictly prohibited in all meeting session halls.
