	The workshop is organized by the IVI group.     The aim of the course is to enable participants gain knowledge and ability in the most convenient sperm freezing methods in cost/benefit terms. The direct profit for participants after attending this course will be the acquired ability to implement these techniques in their settings, with the highest standards, based on the previously demonstrated experience and scientific support of the IVI results and experience including almost 5000 sperm & testicular tissue cryopreservation processes. For those attendees already freezing sperm samples on their facilities, the advantages of the methods herein describe in the production of frozen pills will offer them the opportunity to move forward to this method, while non-experts will be able to introduce these techniques in their unit, to improve the ART treatments.
