	The purpose of the theoretical session is to familiarize you with the basis of the IMSI, while again revising the history of the IMSI and the contributions that this new technique can give us in its use of routine in a center of IN VITRO FERTILIZATION.   The purpose of the hands-on workshop is to visualize the spermatozoa cells which can be considered as being the best to choose as an IMSI. In addition, we will discuss classifications proposed by various authors. This session will also allow you to get acquainted with the teams of micromanipulation from Leica, their motorization, etc.  The morphology of the oocyte can be also the object of a different evaluation.
