Guidelines of Poster Authors
E-poster presentations can include up to 10 slides (landscape orientation) offering information on the following topics: Introduction, Material & Methods, Discussion and Conclusion.
The following formats are acceptable: JPG, PDF or Power Point.
You are welcome to add images and tables to improve documentation of your e-poster.
It is not possible for videos to be inserted or embedded in the presentation file. Please ensure that full advantage is taken of the slide area.
Please note: E-posters will be activated only if the presenting author is registered and that the registration fee has been paid. In order to upload e-poster(s), registered authors will receive, via e-mail, a password for accessing the VCL. Should you not have received your access code, please contact the Congress secretariat by email.
