Visas
A visa to Israel is not necessary for participants from most countries however, we suggest that
you ask your travel agent to check this for you. For participants from countries without diplomatic
relations with Israel, please write or E-mail directly to the meeting secretariat the following details
at least TWO MONTHS prior to the event: full name, date and place of birth, passport number and
date issuance as well as expiration date including flight details: arrival date and flight number.
The meeting secretariat will do its utmost to ensure that a visa will await you at the airport in Israel.

Letter of Invitation
Upon request, the meeting secretariat will send a personal invitation letter to participate in the
meeting. It is to be duly noted that such an invitation is meant only to help participants raise travel
funds or obtain a visa. It does not represent a commitment on the part of the organizers to provide
any financial support.
