Payment
Payment of registration fees may be made as follows:
* By credit card i.e. Visa, Mastercard, Diners Club or American Express.
* By bank transfer to COMTEC account number 468440, Bank Hapoalim, Swift code poalilit,
Branch 656
* By Cheque made payable to: Comtec, P.O. Box 68, Tel-Aviv 61000, Isreal
* Bank charges are the responsibility of the payee and should be paid at source in addition
to the registration fees.
* Please make sure that the name of the meeting and of the participant is stated on the bank transfer.

Cancellation Policy
Fees will be refunded with a 25% deduction if notification of cancellation is received
(by fax, email or letter) before February 1st, 2006. After this date no refunds can be made.

Letter of invitation
A formal letter of invitation will be supplied by the Secretariat on request. Please contact: info@comtecint.com

Liability
The Conference Secretariat and Organizers cannot accept liability for personal accidents or loss of or damage to private property of participants either during or directly arising from the Dcellt Conference. Participants should make their own arrangements with respect to health and travel insurance.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations or changes must be received in writing to 'Comtec'.
Cancellations received 4 month prior to arrival - full refund minus €50 handling fees.
Cancellations received 2 month prior to arrival – 50% refundable deposit.
Cancellation received 60 days prior to arrival - non refundable
In the event of no-show, the hotel will automatically release the reservation, and payment will be non-refundable.
