Abstracts for the Symposium:
Participants who would like to actively participate in the Symposium, are requested to submit an abstract for review by the Scientific Committee.
The Scientific Committee reserves the right to select the abstracts relevant to the Scientific Program.
The Scientific Committee will be accepting abstract submissions this year in Berlin for E-poster presentation only.

Abstracts will be included in the Final Progam only upon receipt of payment in full for registration by the deadline specified by the Congress Secretariat.

Before you begin, please prepare the following information:

Title of the abstract
Topic
Family names and initials of all authors
Details of affiliation of all author(s); institution, city, country
Contact details of the presenting author (email, tel)

Please note: Abstracts cannot exceed 300 words.

CHANGES OR CORRECTIONS AFTER INITIAL SUBMISSION
Be sure that all changes, corrections and proofreading have been carried out before submitting.
Please note: You will be able to update and/or make changes to your submitted abstract using your email address and password which will be provided for you upon completing your submission, until the submission deadline date.

BEST POSTER AWARD(S)
All abstract submitters will be considered for the Best Abstract Award(s) if submitted before the abstract deadline (Feb. 16, 2015).
The DIP Symposium will grant 5 winners the Best E-Poster Awards. Each winner will be provided complimentary registration to the next DIP Symposium 2017.

The presenting author must be present at the DIP Symposium on Saturday, April 16th in order to receive the award.

Judgment criteria for all awards will be based on:
  • Scientific content
  • Structure of the abstract
  • Presentation
  • Ability to defend the paper/results
