If you reserved your accommodation via the DIP Secretariat prior to the deadline of February 5th your accommodation will be at the Symposium Headquarter Hotel, as listed below:

Airport  and Transportation

From the Airport, Located on Avinguda Diagonal, the hotel/Congress center is 10km / six miles (approximately 15 minutes drive) from Barcelona International Airport, El Prat. Girona Airport is 92km / 57 miles away (approximately 60 minutes drive).  

The hotel/Congress Center can be accessed via public transport in the following ways within Barcelona:  
Metro: Green Line (L3), Zona Universitaria 
New metro line: L9 Sud from Barcelona airport (Orange line) to Zona Universitaria

Welcome Reception
All registered participants are invited to the Welcome Reception, which will take place on Wednesday, March 8 at 20:30 at the Tent at Catalonia Palace of Congresses.
Refreshments
Coffee, tea and refreshments will be served during the breaks between sessions as specified in the timetable. Those who registered for the Post Graduate course will receive lunch on Wednesday March 8, 2017 as per the timetable. Thursday March 9, 2017, Friday March 10, 2017, and Saturday March 11, 2017 please refer to the Program Timetable.

E-Poster Presentation
E-poster abstracts will be available for viewing via plasma screens on-site during the Symposium. 
All registered participants are invited to view the presentations. 
The Poster list will be listed online prior to Symposium for your perusal.
CME Accreditation
All registered participants will receive a username and password via email following the symposium. Participants will be asked to complete their CME Accreditation Feedback Form online by logging in with their username and password on the Symposium website: www.comtecmed.com/DIP Once the CME Feedback Form is completed and submitted online, your EACCME Certificate will be available for download.
DIP Certificate of Attendance
All registered participants will receive a username and password to download their Certificate of Attendance from the Symposium website.
Visas
Prior to booking flights, registrants are strongly advised to confirm with their travel agent whether they require a Visa to travel to South Korea. Information about Visa requirements can be found on the World Travel Guide website: www.worldtravelguide.net 
ComtecMed will not be responsible for any cancellations or delays caused by authorities due to a lack of Visa or other required documentation.
WIFI
WIFI will be available in the Symposium area and during the Symposium hours for participants of DIP only.
Dress Code
Informal for all occasions.
Business Hours
Business hours is Barcelona are usually 9:00-14:00 and 17:00-20:00 with an afternoon siesta in the middle. The working week is Monday to Friday. Sunday is considered a holiday and most businesses are closed.
