Arrival from the airport to the Symposium venue
Airport Information and Travel to Tel Aviv
The Ben-Gurion Airport is located 20km from downtown Tel Aviv.
The best way from the airport to the Hilton Hotel is to take a taxi.
Taxis are available outside the arrival hall. The journey takes approximately 20 minutes depending on traffic and costs approximately 45 USD (160 NIS).
Driving directions for car rental:
From the airport, take Ayalon Highway (route #1) and exit at the railway station junction. Follow Arlozoroff Street to the end.
Trains go through Ben-Gurion Airport and reach Tel Aviv's central train station in about 20 min. From the central train station you can take bus no. 18 which runs past the Hilton Hotel.
From Sun-Thurs, the trains leave about every 20 minutes (from 5:30-00:00) and every hour during the late hours (1:30-5:30). On Friday evening and Saturday there are no trains to the airport.
A train ticket to Tel Aviv central train station will cost you 12 NIS
Bus fare will cost 6.40 NIS

Please register upon arrival in order to receive your kit containing the FOIU Program Book, your personal name badge, invitations, etc. Please remember to wear your name badge to all Symposium activities and social events.

Prostate Cancer Symposium
A symposium session on "Prostate Cancer" will take place on Tuesday, July 3rd at 18:30-20:00 at the Tel Aviv Hilton.
Get Together Reception
All registered participants are invited to the Get Together Reception, which will take place following the Prostate Cancer Symposium on Tuesday, July 3 at 20:00. Your invitation is included in the personal registration kit.
A very exciting and diverse program has been prepared for you, and we are looking forward to your active participation at the various sessions.

Buffet lunch will be served for participants of the symposium in the Exhibition Area on Wednesday, July 4, 13:00-14:00 and Thursday, July 5, 13:00-14:00.
Invited Speakers Presentations
Please be sure to come to the Registration Desk to collect your personal badge!
Speakers are requested to visit the preview room prior to their lecture and upload their presentation, no later than one break prior to the session in which they are scheduled.
Please check the Scientific Program for your board number from Wednesday, July 4th, 08:00.
Posters must be removed by the end of the symposium – Thursday, July 5th, no later than 17:00.
Some participants may require a visa in order to enter Israel. Please check with your local Israeli Consulate or Embassy.
Please remember that obtaining an entry visa is your own responsibility.
Informal for all occasions
Temperature in Tel Aviv is usually between 24 to 35 Degrees centigrade which are 75 to 95 Degrees Fahrenheit. Light, breathable clothing is recommended.
