Please register upon arrival in order to receive your kit containing the ICVD Program Book, your personal name badge, etc. Please remember to wear your name badge to all congress activities and social events.
All registered participants are invited to the Welcome Reception, on Friday, October 16, 2015 at 18:30.

SPEAKERS PREVIEW ROOM
Speakers are required to visit the preview room. Please come to the Speakers preview room immediately upon arrival with your slide presentations to be ready to be uploaded for your session.
there will be two poster cycles, one on Saturday and one on Sunday.
Posters should be mounted by on the assigned date before 09:00 and are to be dismantled no later than 19:00 on the same day.
Poster presenters should plan to be alongside their posters during the coffee breaks.
The Organizing Committee is not responsible for posters that are not removed on time.

Foreign citizens can enter Slovenia with valid passport and a visa or residence permit, unless otherwise stipulated by law or international agreement. Slovenia is a part of the Schengen zone since 2007. EU/EEA citizens do not need a passport to enter Slovenia, only a valid identity card.
More information on how to obtain a visa are available at the official website of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Slovenia.
Kindly note that some countries maintain that all visitors hold a passport that is valid for at least 6 months from the date they are entering the foreign country.
English is the official language of the congress.
During the entire meeting, attire will be informal.
LJUBLJANA CITY TOUR
Description: The tour begins in front of the Faculty of Medicine (where lectures are being held) and continues through the historical city center, well known for its unique architectural appearance, which is the result of the legacy of the Baroque and Art Nouveau periods and, most notably, the work of the famous 20th century architect Joze Plecnik.
Duration: Two hours, walking.

Group size: Maximum 35 persons/tour.
