LJUBLJANA CITY TOUR
Description: The tour begins in front of the Town Hall and continues through the historical city centre, well known for its unique architectural appearance, which is the result of the legacy of the Baroque and Art Nouveau periods and, most notably, the work of the famous 20th century architect Joze Plecnik.
Duration: Two hours, walking.
Tour dates & hours: TBA
Departure/Meeting point: Tourist Information Centre at Tromostovje.
Language options: English, additional languages will be considered
Group size: Maximum 35 persons/tour.
Registration: Participants have to register at least 2 days prior the tour at icvd2015@entrapharm.com.

Wi-FI
Wi- Fi will be available for participants at the Congress venue.
 
VISAS
Foreign citizens can enter Slovenia with valid passport and a visa or residence permit, unless otherwise stipulated by law or international agreement. Slovenia is a part of the Schengen zone since 2007. EU/EEA citizens do not need a passport to enter Slovenia, only a valid identity card.

Kindly note that some countries maintain that all visitors hold a passport that is valid for at least 6 months from the date they are entering the foreign country.

Participants requiring a formal letter of invitation, to enable them to make their arrangements can click here for a formal downloadable letter. It is understood that such an invitation is intended to help delegates to raise funds or to obtain a visa and does not imply a commitment from the congress organizers​ to provide any financial support or scheduling of presentations.

LIABILITY​
​The Congress Secretariat and organizers cannot accept liability for personal accidents or loss of or damage to private property of participants. Participants are advised to take out their own personal travel and health insurance for their trip.​
