Participants who wish to stay at the Park Plaza Orchid Tel Aviv and Tal Hotel are strongly advised to reserve hotel accommodation as soon as possible in order to benefit from the special rates. Hotel rooms at the Park Plaza Orchid Tel Aviv and Tal Hotel may not be available after February 15, 2009.

Late arrival or early departure fees: Guests arriving later or leaving earlier than the dates indicated in their reservation form will be charged for the full amount of their accommodation. Cancellations received: 4 months prior to arrival - full refund minus US$ 50 handling fees. 2 months prior to arrival – 50% refundable deposit. Less than 60 days prior to arrival - nonrefundable In the event of a no-show, the hotel will automatically release the reservation, and payment will be non-refundable.
