Goals
"The Walking Experience" session includes experimenting with techniques & style through physical activity. The workshop is informative, energetic, stimulating and is suitable for all ages, sectors and organizations.
The participants will discover and experience everything they want to know about walking, such as how, why, how much, when and where.
 
The session goals are:
• Realizing the advantage and importance of walking.
• Adjusting daily life routines in order to incorporate walking as a part of it
• Highlights on how walking improves lifelong health, fitness, weight control, personal performance, self-esteem, family bonding, stress management, etc.
 
Description
Studies on the body structure of humans suggest that walking is the most natural form of mobility for humans.  Walking allows the body to move in a balanced motion and affects most of the body systems.  Walking is a fun activity that while relaxing the mind and body.
Walking stimulates lifelong health, fitness, weight control, personal performance, self-esteem, family bonding, stress management, etc.  Furthermore, walking has the potential of reaching a vast number of people of all ages. Through its non-threatening simplicity, individuals can choose the quantity and quality that best benefits them.  The rewards are quick to enjoy, therefore, people will find it easy to persevere and turn walking into a way of life.
