1 Subject to our receipt of letter from the institute confirming full-time student status.
Registration fees include: participation in scientific sessions, congress bag, program and abstract book, all printed material of the congress, invitation to: welcome cocktails (April 22, 2009), dinner (April 23, 2009), Shabbat dinner (April 24, 2009), Gala dinner (April 25, 2009) 3 lunches (April 23, 24, 26, 2009), coffee breaks and conference tour.
Accompanying persons’ registration fee includes: One tour as per accompanying persons' program, invitation to welcome cocktails (April 22, 2009), dinner (April 23, 2009), Shabbat dinner (April 24, 2009), Gala dinner (April 25, 2009) and conference tour.
Registration Payment Terms
Registration fees will be charged upon receipt of registration forms. Payments will be refunded according to the cancellation policy.
Registration Cancellation Policy
Refund of registration fees will be made if written notification of cancellation is received at the Conference Secretariat as follows:
• Postmarked before January 22, 2009 - Full refund less $100 handling fee.
• Postmarked from January 22, 2009 - 50% refund
• No refund on cancellations sent after March 22, 2009
Liability
The Congress Secretariat and Organizers cannot accept liability for personal accidents, nor loss of or damage to private property of participants, either during or directly arising from the 19th Israeli Medical Assosication World Fellowship International Conference. Participants should make their own arrangements with respect to health and travel insurance.
