Registration - EQUIPO IVI 4th International Congress

IVI was founded in 1990 as the first Spanish medical institution exclusively dedicated to Assisted Human Reproduction Treatments. Over the last 20 years, more than 50,000 births give witness to IVI’s success as the european leader in Reproductive Medicine.

CONGRESS REGISTRATION FEES

Grants the participant access to the IVI Congress and CRYO Congress.

* Refers to non-tenured junior scientists. Registration forms must be accompanied by a letter from the head of the department, confirming their status. The letter should be printed on a department letterhead and addressed to the Registration Department of the Congress.

Note: American Express and Diners Credit card payments (only) will be charged to your account in US$ according to the rate of exchange to the Euro on the date of payment, all other credit cards will be charged to your account in Euro.

Registration fee includes: Participation in Scientific sessions, Congress bag, Program and Abstract Book, Printed Material of the Congress, invitation to the Welcome Reception, all Coffee Breaks, and Lunch on Friday.
Registration fee includes VAT.

Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be faxed, electronically mailed or post-marked. Refund of registration fees will be as follows:
Postmarked before March 10, 2011 - 100% refund (minus €50 handling fee).
Postmarked from March 11, 2011 - 50% refund.
No refund on cancellations sent after March 25, 2011.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation policy for workshop registration:
Cancellations or changes must be received in writing to 'Comtec'.
Cancellations received before February 1, 2011 – refund minus € 50.
Cancellations received from February 1, 2011 - refund minus € 150.
Cancellations received after March 15, 2011 - refund minus € 500.

Payment of registration fees can be made through this website using a credit card or by sending the Secretariat a bank transfer.

Liability
The Congress Secretariat and Organizers cannot accept liability for neither personal accidents nor loss of or damage to private property of participants, either during or directly arising from the Reproductive Medicine and Beyond Congress. Participants should make their own arrangements with respect to health and travel insurance.
