Space assignment: Major sponsors and exhibitors will be given priority in the allocation of the exhibit space. Exhibitors will be assigned space on first-come first-served basis, while taking into consideration the requests and restriction as much as feasibly possible.
The Congress Organizer may, at its discretion decline to provide space to organizations whose objectives are not in keeping with the goals and guidelines of the meeting, and reserves the right to determine at its sole discretion, the exact location of the Exhibitor's booth space, and further reserves the right to rearrange the floor plan or relocate Exhibitor's assigned space.
The Congress Organizer reserves the right, should any space be forfeited due to failure to make proper payment, to rent any space to any other exhibitor, or use said space in any other manner. This clause shall not be construed as affecting the obligation of the Exhibitor to pay the full amount specified for space rental under the terms of the contract.
