Registration fees include: participation in scientific sessions, meeting bag, program and abstract book, all printed material of the meeting, invitation to the welcome reception, coffee breaks and lunches as per the official program.
Payment Payment of registration fees can be made through this website using a credit card or by bank transfer to the Secretariat.
Cancellation Policy All cancellations must be faxed, electronically mailed or postmarked. Refund of registration fees will be as follows:
Postmarked before September 17, 2012 - 100% refund (minus € 50 handling fee)
Postmarked from September 17, 2012 - 50% refund
No refund on cancellations sent after October 27, 2012
Liability The Meeting Secretariat and Organizers cannot accept liability for personal accidents, and/or loss of and/or damage to private property of participants, either during or directly arising from The OVARIAN CLUB II: The fertilization process of the oocyte and embryo development in relation to various clinical conditions. Participants should arrange their own health and travel insurance for their trip.
