Daily Registration fees include: participation in scientific sessions, Congress bag, program and abstract book, all printed material of the congress, lunch and two coffee breaks.

* Non-tenured junior scientists. Registration form must be accompanied by documentation of residency, or a letter from the Department Head, confirming their status. The letter should be printed on the department letterhead and addressed to the Registration Department of the Congress.

Note: American Express and Diners Credit card payments (only) will be charged to your account in US$ according to the rate of exchange to the Euro on the date of payment, all other credit cards will be charged to your account in Euro.

Payment

Payment of registration fees can be made through this website using a credit card or by bank transfer to the Secretariat.

Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be faxed, electronically mailed or postmarked. Refund of registration fees will be as follows:

Postmarked before January 31, 2013 - 100% refund (minus € 50 handling fee)

Postmarked from February 1, 2013 - 50% refund

No refund on cancellations sent after February 25, 2013

Liability
The Congress Secretariat and Organizers cannot accept liability for personal accidents, and/or loss of and/or damage to private property of participants, either during or directly arising from the 7th World Congress on Controversies in Neurology (CONy). Participants should arrange their own health and travel insurance for their trip.
