Registration and Hospitality Desk
The Registration Desk will be situated at the Lisbon Congress Center, and will be open as follows:

Please register upon arrival in order to receive your kit containing the CURy program and abstract book, your personal name badge, invitations, etc. Please remember to wear your name badge to all Congress activities and social events.
All registered participants and registered accompanying persons are invited to the Welcome Reception, which will take place on Thursday, February 5, 2009 at 19:30, at the Lisbon Congress Center in the Exhibition Area.
Your invitation is included in the personal registration kit.
The first session starts on Friday, February 6, 2009 at 08:30.
Please complete your registration at the Registration Desk prior to the start of the sessions.
Invited Speakers Presentations
All speakers are requested to visit the preview room prior to their lecture and upload their presentation.
Speakers should bring their slide presentations to be uploaded for their sessions no later than one break prior to the session in which they are scheduled.
Please check the Scientific Program for the day of your presentation.
Posters should be mounted between 07:30-08:00 on the day of your presentation and removed by the end of the sessions on the same day.
Poster presenters are invited to have their posters displayed also as e-posters during the Congress. E-posters can be uploaded anytime during the Congress.
A specific poster can be viewed at any time during the Congress (from 08:30, Friday, February 6, 2009 to 17:30, Saturday, February 7, 2009). A specific time slot will not be required. Simply use one of the computers located in the e-poster area at a time convenient to you. You will be able to view all electronic posters as frequently and as often as you wish.
To upload your e-poster, please visit the Poster Service Desk and a representative will assist you.
In your Congress bag, you will find the related forms for CME accreditation. Please fill the form according to your attendance of the CME sessions and return the completed form to the Registration Desk.
EU-ACME members should bring their EU-ACME membership cards to the meeting to register for CME credits. CME credits may be collected daily by those holding the membership card. Scanners will be placed at the Registration Desk. Membership cards should be scanned on all days to obtain maximum credits.
