Prior to booking flights, registrants are strongly advised to confirm with their travel agent whether they require a visa to travel to Germany. Information about visa requirements can be found on the World Travel Guide website:
ComtecMed will not be responsible for any cancellations or delays caused by authorities due to a lack of visa or other required documentation.
A Budapest Transporation Card is available at any of the ticket vending machines around the city stations. 
A card can be purchased for 24 hours, 48 hours or 72 hours.
The card alllows access to all transportation methods (subway, tram, boat, etc.) within the Budapest city limits.
In addition to travel access, the card may also be used for the following:
  • two free walkings tour with English guide
  • one free entry to Szent Lukács Thermal Bath and Pool
  • free admission to seven museums
Wifi Access on-site
Wifi access at the CONy Congress venue, the Intercontinental Hotel, is included in the participants registration fee. Please visit the registration desk on-site for login details.
