Arrival from the airport to the Congress venue:
Aerobus 1 Price: 3.50 €. No restrictions on the amount of luggage and valid for the entire network of rails on the day purchased.
Bus 744 Price: 1.40 €. (All buses stop outside the SANA Lisboa).
Taxi Price: 12-20 €, depending on time and luggage.
Car Follow the signs "Centro" or "Marquis of Pombal". Between the 2nd Circular and exit to the right towards the Campo Grande. Turn right and enter the tunnel, always moving forward. Pass the Avenida da República and continue straight until you reach AvenidaFontes Pereira de Melo. SANA Lisboa Hotel is on the left at the end of the avenue. To stop the car across the street, continue straight through the roundabout of the Marquis of Pombal, go around it and get off at the 5th exit, changing direction. To go directly to the parking lot, exit at 4th exit off the roundabout of the Marquis of Pombal, towards Av Duque de Loulé. Turn left at 1st exit (traffic light) and follow the street until you see the sign of parking at the SANA Lisboa Hotel, on your left.
Scientific Program
Thursday March 17:

Sessions will take place at the Orient Foundation Museum, located at Avenida Brasilia, Doca de Alcântara. The Orient Foundation Museum can be reached directly by taking Bus 738 from the Marquês Pombal station located just outside of the Sana Lisboa Hotel. The station closest to the Museum is Av. Infante Santo on this route.
Shuttle service
In addition a shuttle transportation will operate between the Sana Lisboa Hotel and the Orient Foundation Museum on Thursday March 17 in the morning at the following times: 06h30, 07h15, 07h40, 08h00, 08h15, 08h30

Welcome Reception at the Orient Foundation Museum
All registered participants are invited to the Welcome Reception, which will take place following Thursday's (March 17) sessions at the Orient Foundation Museum at 18:00. Your invitation is included in the personal registration kit.

Guest invitations are 30 Euro; please ask at the Registration Desk for further details. Payment can be completed by credit card or by cash.

Meet the Expert sessions
Meet the Expert breakfast sessions have been scheduled in the Scientific Program on Friday (March 18) and Saturday (March 19).
These sessions will allow you to meet with experts in the field, to hold an intimate discussion and ask the most burning questions.
Each session is limited and registration is available on a first-come first-serve basis.

Lunch and Coffee will be served for participants of the Congress according to the times listed in the timetable:

Invited Speakers Presentations
Thursday, March 17: At the Orient Foundation Museum, speakers are requested to come directly to the session hall to upload their presentations prior to the start of their session. Speakers are requested to come no later than 30 minutes prior to the session in which they are scheduled
Friday, March 18 through Sunday, March 20: At the Sana Lisboa Hotel, speakers are requested to visit the preview room no later than 3 hours prior to the session in which they are scheduled.

E-Poster Presentations
E-posters will be available for viewing via plasma screens on-site over the 2 main days of the Congress (Friday, March 18 and Saturday, March 19).

If you don't mind bringing a light coat, you will enjoy visiting Lisbon in March – average daytime temperatures are 15 °C (60°F), an average low of 7°C (44°F) can be expected in the evenings.
